Nazca Properties

From my perspective, management at this property appears very disorganized and unprofessional when it comes to handling maintenance issues. I’ve personally watched a tenant go well over a month without access to a functioning washer and dryer despite multiple repair attempts being marked as completed, only for the machine to continue flooding and damaging laundry. It also seemed that other residents experienced the same problem, suggesting the issue was never properly addressed. What was most concerning was the lack of urgency and professionalism in communication when reasonable concerns were raised about paying full rent while amenities included in the lease were unusable. Overall, the situation reflects poorly on how tenant concerns and basic property responsibilities are handled, and I would hope management improves both maintenance response and communication moving forward.

As a senior this is best place I’ve lived! Eric and everyone at Nazca are so great - very attentive, flexible, and helpful!

I lived in one of Nazca's properties for two years while I was attending UC and loved it! My brother also currently live in one of their properties. While older, they are very affordable for the location. Eric and the rest of the team are very responsive to maintenence and other requests. I highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment around UC!
