I adored living here. I loved the natural light, updated kitchen, in-unit laundry, free and ample parking, and proximity to the delightful main strip of Northside and its community. It made me a happier person to live in a place like this.

1.0 star rating I'll try to keep this as short and sweet as possible. I was interested in a unit at Kirby School apartments. I spoke with a very helpful agent named Ashlie. I did apply after being informed about the basic requirements for approval. I easily met the basic requirements ( income verification, credit check, background check and rental history verification. After meeting all the requirements I was informed by "Kendra" that the rules have changed. The basic verifications i was informed about by "Ashlie" we're now wrong. I then provided the requested information of verified income to "Kendra" but agin was told this was insufficient. It felt very clear to me that I was being discriminated against, and reached out to the chairman of the company. I have yet to hear back from them but at this point I would feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable living on their property. I have filed a case with the department of HUD under the fair housing act. I will keep this information as up to date as possible but I need to share my story for future applicants.
