I had booked a tour at 10 AM on a Saturday morning through their online portal. I received multiple confirmation texts. I showed up at 10 AM and no one arrived until 10:20 AM. When the leasing agent arrived she had an angry look on her face and said she did not do tours at 10 AM and that I must have booked during a "black out period" and that she was booked all day and could not show me an apartment. She had a horribly rude tone, did not apologize, did not offer to help reschedule. I have never been treated with that level of disrespect by a leasing agent in my life. It was pretty awful. Will not be back.
