Over priced and not worth the trouble .Don’t move here the manager is terrible at doing her job have to jump my banister so I can do my own lawn care cause they apparently come once a year (been here since April ) they’ll ticket your vehicle that runs and drives if it’s dead because you don’t drive it everyday and there’s a storm that causes trees fall on the cars next to your (not yours) but won’t ticket cars that haven’t moved in 6 months Angie was the best and the new chick doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing find a better place to live better Indian lookout is not worth it

I just got a guided tour from Emily. She’s the absolute best! She doesn’t leave out any details. I left knowing everything I needed to know. And I just submitted my application. I hope I get to live in this amazing place!

I just think these apartments are adorable. Lovely River view and spacious. With so much closet space and storage. I can't wait until my parents are moved in. I think this will be a happy place for them.. The new white kitchen cabinet design has made me think about renting an apartment myself. Very luxurious look... I prefer over the apartments with stupid finish. But I will pass this info on to my son also who is looking. This community is obviously well maintained and cared for... I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. ANGIE!! She answered all my questions and was continually hospitable. We looked at both 1 and 2 bedrooms, carpeted and wood flooring styles. My parents have no need to look any further 😊 Thankyou so much .. see you soon

Absolutely love the view of the Ohio River and surrounding nature here! On top of the beautiful scenery, the property has great amenities that make living here enjoyable.

I've lived at Indian Lookout Apartments for about five years and have no complaints. The apartments are nice, the view is great, and the property is kept up well. Angela in the office is great, and Tony in maintenance is always helpful and gets things done. Overall, it's a good place to live and I'd recommend it.
