High Pointe Apartments

I wanted to give a special thank you to Lauren, the property manager, for being so accommodating and understanding. She made the entire experience easy and stress free. Lauren is great at her job, very respectful, and always on time with updates. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience living at High Pointe Apartments. The environment is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, which made it a comfortable place to call home. The facilities are excellent—especially the coffee room, gym, lounge, and convenient parking—all of which added a lot to my daily living experience. A special thank you to Lauren, the manager, who truly makes a difference. She is kind, helpful, and always greets residents warmly. Her professionalism and friendliness really stand out and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of the community. Overall, I highly recommend High Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live.

Expensive apartments, very little square footage, over $3.40 per square foot! They send texts over any minor inconvenience and they are always extremely passive aggressive. Tenants park in the fire lane constantly because the apartment tells them to! But it’s not completely their fault since there is barely any parking to begin with. If you want to have a guest over, good luck, there is no guest parking. Lastly, they make tenants pay for a parking spot. You think after spending a mortgage on rent for an average apartment that you could at least park for free. Take your money elsewhere, it’s not worth it for anyone, especially uc students.

Listen up🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️ When I tell you, Miss Lauren is the best she is exactly that when we came to get our apartment, she was kind sweet Professional and she also let us know what everything will cost and what we had to do if we had questions they were answered we left out with Smiles. She speaks every morning shows no attitude. She’s always up vacuuming floors, mopping floor floors to keep the place neat and clean. There’s no trash lying around. there. There’s no bugs there’s no rodents. We absolutely love the place thanks Lauren again for everything you do.
