We have lived here since July and the experience had been okay so far. Maintenance is pretty quick and the people in the office are friendly and helpful with questions. I'm excited for more of the community items to be constructed.

My experience with Hamlet on the Bend has been very positive so far. The leasing team has been professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the application process. They’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly and have been quick to respond whenever I had questions. The property itself is clean, luxurious and in a great area. I really appreciate how smooth they’ve made everything and I’m excited to live here.

We’ve lived here since about August with our dog and cat and have had a great experience overall. Everyone we have had come to our apartment is always in awe of how gorgeous the apartment is and the size of it! Great work!
