Greenwich on the Park

The worst place ever that you could live in. Please avoid that place. Me and my husband 4 months after moving out received an email from National Credit Sytem that we own money. Wanted to clarify what actually happend as we left the flat clean and in good condition so we called Greenwich. They charged us $ 239 for painting walls (which weren’t even dirty - we just lived there on first floor with windows facing to Main Street so it’s obvious walls won’t be shining white), Hook removal and other ridiculous things, that were just about normal using. they didn’t even contact us to pay it and put straight to credit list and this is how we get to know about it. Now it effects our credit history that we was trying to build for future. I’m not sure if they treat all people like that or just us as a foreigners but that definitely shouldn’t be allowed. Please avoid that place.

The maintenance guy is always very fast and great. The previous property manager(Abigale) had a better attitude and was more responsive. She was very helpful in solving problems, but unfortunately she’s no longer working here. The current community manager isn’t very helpful and is definitely not very responsive. Now it feels like once they take your money, the whole process just becomes extremely slow. I have been living here for several years and my experience was great until recently, such a bummer.

Pretty place, generally quiet and peaceful, friendly staff, and fun community activities. Be careful on moving out though. I left them a forwarding address, and when I didn't get any mail sent my way I called/emailed about ten times or so in the first two months to confirm they had the correct new address for me. Eventually, I asked if there were any issues with the security deposit since I hadn't heard anything, and I was told that the apartment complex had sent me to collections over a move out charge. They clearly had my phone number and email, and I had already had them confirm my new address multiple times! I called the collection agency and was able to get it taken care of before it hit my credit report, but it's extremely disappointing that it took that amount of proactive reaching out to have to avoid having my credit score impacted while I was in the process of buying a house. I enjoyed my time there, just very frustrated with the lack of standard processes when I moved out.

I moved in towards the end of April and DownTowne Living has been wonderful! From the way they take care of the property to the staff, I couldn’t have found a better place to live! Abigale especially has been great with answering my many questions! I have only had two minor maintence requests and they were right on it! If you are looking for a place to live in Cincinnati, I definitely recommend Grammercy in Garfield!
