i sometimes have to leave a one star review to get anything done. this time, i was overcharged on my rent. sent an email. no reply. management isn't the greatest here and they have a very high turnover of staff the last few years. leave a one star review and they get motivated. and they sometimes get back to you within a week or two. I don't like to be 100% negative, they do have large walk in closets.

Very nice place! Donovan I believe was the name of the gentleman who showed me the property and model unit. The price is a little higher but, you get what you pay for. C-

Great apartment complex and Reginald on the maintenance team is great! Super quick and responsive to all requests.

I did not rent from Grandview but I toured with Donovan and he was spectacular! During the whole process, he was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. He was very clear during the whole process and even shared several restaurant recommendations with me since I will be new to the greater Cincinnati area.
