Fourth & Plum Apartments

They are going to leave my boyfriend and his dog without a A/C for a weak. A multimillion dollar company that overcharges for horrible apartments covered in black mold and they cannot even fix an A/C during a heat advisory in a more reasonable time frame. Disgusting and shameful. Do not move here.

Do not move here! Way to many problems to even list but I will say the worst thing that happened out of the million things that happened in just a year, was probably when I walked into the laundry room one Sunday and saw BLOOD all over. On the walls, the door, the washers and dryers and floor; it was super scary. Had to call and have someone clean it but even after it was “cleaned” there was still a trail of blood down the stairs that wasn’t cleaned until 3 days later when I brought it up to the woman working in the leasing office that day who also happened to tell me the police were involved bc this “keeps happening”. Besides that, nasty place to live, horrible staff and management, bad quality apartments (needed maintenance soooo many times). So I advise not moving here if you like a peaceful life.

Came in for a tour and the staff was super friendly! Tiara was great and very informative, definitely would recommend checking out Fourth & Plum Apartments!
