Resumen de reseñas con IA
Many residents appreciate the convenient location, affordability, and the friendly, responsive staff and maintenance team, which contribute to a generally peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere with spacious layouts and available pet areas. However, some prospective and current tenants have raised concerns about persistent pest issues, particularly roaches, and occasional delays in addressing maintenance requests or inconsistent office availability.

Won’t recommend this place to any one . The rent goes up nothing gets fixed. Once I put on a work order they send an email stating it’s complete. People steal your mail no help to recover . No central a/c or heat but you pay twice ( on rent and your own billing cycle) winter time the parking lot is a mess. They come spray for bugs and charge you for it but they the bugs ( roaches) come out only when they spray … if you can find someplace else don’t get stuck like me
