Love Contrast! I moved from a rural community to Contrast with my two Children. We love it here. The office staff is so kind and helpful. Dan and Heidi are AWESOME! Heidi is so sweet and always so friendly. Dan is great to work with and he helped me through a sticky situation with no sweat! The community is very friendly! Location is amazing!

Location is Great!!! The Building need to be cleaned the elevators, hallway floors and the trash rooms are horrible!! Bugs and mice will be knocking on our doors soon. Dan is horrible, his attitude needs some adjustment.

Unaffordable housing and very rude management. I was not happy with the agent on the phone when I was asking about property details and move in costs.

We have called Contrast home for about 3 months now and we have absolutely loved it! Dan and Haley truly make Contrast even more special, always being SO friendly and sweet and ofc greeting our dog Penelope with a treat after her walks! Maintenance is also great and quick to help if needed. We made the right decision with choosing Contrast :)

So far so good! Besides the amenities, the best part has been how helpful Dan and Haley were during my move in. They’ve been so helpful throughout my process of joining the community and now residence. I hope to stay here for a long time so I hope they can stay and be fairly compensated for all there hard work!
