Students generally find this to be a welcoming and quiet place to live, with many appreciating the recently remodeled apartments, which often include in-unit washers and dryers, and its convenient proximity to downtown. While the staff are frequently praised for their responsiveness and efficiency in addressing maintenance requests, some residents note that the "community fee" is primarily for trash services, and the baseboard heating can lead to higher electricity bills.
