Super professional, responsive, and fixed everything that we had put in the request. Thorough and took time to ensure all things were completed.

Unfortunately tried to get in contact with the complex by email, call, and in person visits, and got mixed/no responses! After 2 months of struggling to hear back from the team each unit I was looking at was leased out. They seemed nice and as though they were trying, I was just one that fell through the cracks and lost $350 in my application. :/ Edit: I see your response! I have not heard from your team and struggle to get a response when I reach out. Is there a way you recommend I try to communicate with you?

Academy on 4th is absolutely beautiful ! The staff is so nice and professional, they keep it so clean and maintenence is at your service 24/7 if there would be any issues! It's also within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. The community events are so nice as well Rhonda does a great job! Troy and Tony are also amazing and help keep the complex looking great! I highly recommend Academy on 4th!

Horrible experience applying here, they wouldn't return phone calls, kept dragging their feet on an approval, by the time they did approve me they had already leased the unit to someone else. They then tried to get me into a unit I didn't want and refused to refund my application fee even though they acknowledged that they were the ones that made mistakes.
