The trashiest slum apartments you can live in wouldn’t recommend. You’ll have cockroaches, black mold, dry rot and they won’t care. Don’t live here unless you basically want to role play what it’s like to live in a trap house.

Crystal was super helpful and made the apartment search process super smooth and easy! Apartment was cleaned and renovated before I saw it so it’s been really nice! Would recommend to anybody

The apartments are clean and spacious. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice space as it is not loud but easy to get places. They are happy to work with you if there is an issue.

This place stole my stuff and broke my gaming pc worth 1.5 THOUSAND and didn't compensate. Worst apartments ever my room also had mold and mildew growing on the walls, along with windows always being wet.

The apartments are nice, the landlords are sketchy. They make you pay for an extra parking pass per semester because they only provide two passes when there are three roommates. The passes are expensive. The maintenance people leave your door unlocked at times when they come to your apartment. I'm pretty sure they also used my toilet and didn't flush. Also they didn't notify the water company of new residents and failed to give us our water bills. We were charged a late fine and 5 months worth of water bills with only two days to pay it before our water was shut off.
