The Duet

I lived in this apartment for about a year and a half. Unfortunately, I won’t be renewing my lease because I found a new job and need to relocate. During my time here, I always felt safe, comfortable, and truly at home. The management team has been exceptionally kind, professional, and responsive. Any issues or questions were handled promptly and efficiently, which made living here a very positive experience. I would especially like to recognize and thank Yesenia, Allison, and Jack for their outstanding support and excellent service. They have always been friendly, helpful, and attentive. I am grateful for my time here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

I've lived in the Duet for 2 years and I really enjoyed my stay here. Allison is always very helpful and responsive and the move-out process was also very smooth.

I vacated my apartment at The Duet over a month ago and have yet to receive my $1,000 security deposit. In early January 2026, management cited owner approval and the holidays as the reason for the delay, but as of today there has still been no deposit returned. While the apartment itself was acceptable, the move-out and deposit process has been frustrating and poorly handled. I would not recommend The Duet based on how security deposits are managed at move-out.

The Dream Team runs The Duet! Allie & Yesenia are brilliant in promptly answering any & all questions as well as getting any problems or repairs fixed. Mike, Maintenance Manager to the Stars, is extremely good at his craft and a pleasure to deal with. The building, facilities and apartment are all beautiful! Location to everything, including free Uber to & from the train station is fantastic! Very Happy With Our Decision To Call The Duet Home!

I recently toured The Duet with property manager Yesenia and it's been a fantastic experience! The building is stunning—modern, stylish, and with top-notch amenities like a gym, rooftop, etc. A special thanks to Yesenia, the property manager, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She’s incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. I had a few questions & concerns and she was able to address them immediately. If you’re looking for a luxurious place to live with excellent management, The Duet is a perfect choice!
