This building offers a great location, often described as clean and quiet, with some residents praising the recent common area renovations and the sense of community fostered by resident events. However, prospective students should be aware of persistent concerns regarding maintenance issues within units, including inconsistent hot water and appliance problems, as well as challenges with communication and responsiveness from management.

Nick was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. He was responsive, kind, and made everything much smoother, which I truly appreciated. That said, my experience with management has not been as positive. I feel there could be more professionalism and better communication with residents. At times, it has been difficult to get clear answers or timely responses. One disappointing issue is that the fireplace in the lounge does not work, which takes away from the amenities that are advertised. For a building at this price point, I expected all shared spaces and features to be properly maintained and fully functional. Parking has also been frustrating. The cost is high, and the process and overall experience could be much more organized and convenient for residents. Additionally, I feel that the cost of living here is higher than what is actually being offered. Overall, while there are some positives, there are also several areas that need improvement to match the expectations set.

Toured this building on 4/11/26 with Myaa as our tour guide and we absolutely loved it. Myaa was so kind and an incredible guide. She front loaded a lot of the important information that answered majority of our questions without us having to ask and was able to answer any remaining questions we had after. The building was clean, quiet, and in a great location. Great experience overall!

Management apparently doesn’t know how math works and they are impossible to get in touch with once they get your money. They miscalculated our move out amount at least 3 different times while we had to go back and forth with them to give us the correct estimates to buy out of our lease. It started off fine, but in the few months that we lived there, it just went downhill. They spent so much time renovating their own offices and the common area, but the units themselves were a mess. We didn’t have hot water for at least 2 weeks after move in and towards the end of our time there, we started seeing an abundance of roaches in the apartment and nothing was done about it other than placing useless traps. Several times, maintenance staff loudly knocked and barged their way in while I was on important work calls and there was constant noise from the road. The amenities were abysmal and it’s hard to believe they spent as much money as they did “renovating” when it looks so cheap. Parking was a whole other nightmare. Narrow spaces that made it impossible to pull in and out. I don’t know how people with larger cars managed parking here. Oh and they introduced this horrid AI assistant named Bailey who will harass you with messages about outstanding balances or will give you the runaround. These companies get away with too much and I’m glad to see the recent reviews reflecting just how terrible these apartments are.

When I was considering moving into 15 Bank, I was a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews. After living here for several months, I can confidently say my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The team has truly gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and is consistently friendly and responsive. The resident events are genuinely fun, and there’s a great sense of community in the building. The recent common area renovations look fantastic, and the pricing compared to similar buildings feels like a real value. I plan to renew my lease in the coming months. Highly recommend 15 Bank!

I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable and unsafe living here has been. On three separate occasions, staff has unlocked our door and entered our apartment without proper notice. Two times, leasing staff mistakenly brought potential tenants into OUR apartment instead of the unit across the hall. That alone is shocking and completely unacceptable. The third time was maintenance. I was not included on the email thread about them coming to paint, and even then, they were not supposed to open the door more than six inches. Instead, the worker had my door wide open and was standing inside our apartment, while my daughter was screaming her head off as I was trying to put her down for a nap. You could easily hear her crying from outside the door, yet he still proceeded to enter. To make matters worse, we were told that the master code is the same for every apartment. From a safety standpoint, that is terrifying. I do not feel safe living here. Now let’s talk about the “luxury” aspect-because it’s a joke for what we pay: Our shower is insanely loud, like the water is struggling to come through the pipes. During our first month, we had on-and-off cold showers because the water only occasionally got warm. Even now, there are nights where the water is ice cold and never gets hot at all. You cannot flush the toilet while running water or showering, because the water cuts off. Our dishwasher leaks. We reported it, were told it was fixed, and it still leaks. When we moved in, the stove was badly scratched, and the dishwasher was stripped from someone trying to clean it with bleach. Sure, they technically work-but that does NOT scream “luxury.” The doors don’t even close properly because it looks like they’ve been painted 10+ times, with paint buildup literally preventing them from shutting. On the 11th floor, whenever it’s windy, we hear loud metal banging against the building, which is incredibly unsettling. And perhaps the most alarming: after hallway painting, one of the painters left a razor blade out. Thank God I saw it and picked it up before my toddler did. At this point, we have far more negative experiences than positive ones. Between the safety violations, constant maintenance issues, poor communication, and lack of basic respect for tenants’ privacy, this place has been a massive disappointment. I truly hope management gets this building under control-because as it stands now, this is not safe, not professional, and absolutely not worth the price. NOT TO MENTION RODENTS OUTSIDE AND ROACHES INSIDE! Edit after their response: A member of their team told me directly that the codes are all the same for every staff member after coming into my apartment unannounced, this isn’t made up- also stating things like coming into MY apartment are an “accident” doesn’t make it okay and they are very lucky we aren’t going down a legal path. We sent in a maintenance request to fix the shower for the second time and it said it was “completed” and NOTHING has changed it’s still the same old loud/low pressure shower- our dishwasher still leaks and our stove is still heavily scratched up. Don’t let their responses fool you, nothing gets fixed or resolved. It’s all about saving face. *No one has reached out to me about any safety concerns, I, however have gone in twice to communicate my concerns and both times the manager wasn’t available- enough with the lies. 02/03/2026 *Since they want to lie even MORE, we moved in the beginning of October- renovations in our hallway were November-December. Which is when we found the razor. They can’t even update the calendar in the elevator and they want to say they posted about maintenance coming into our apartments to paint? Yeah good try. I’ve attached some pictures from move in day and proof of the amount of times we asked for a problem to be fixed since they want to lie. Never in my life have I had/or seen such a scratched up stove top. *Also as of 02/03/26 no one has reached out to talk about my “privacy concerns.” Insane to lie about this.
