Truly loved living here. The apartments are super nice and updated. The units have high ceilings and super large windows so you get a ton of natural light. There’s also a parking garage attached to the building. I lived on the 10th floor and had an amazing view of the sunset every night. The leasing manager, Conor, was always super helpful, and the maintenance staff were really quick to respond to any issues.

Heather is great! Always approachable and will assist in anything I need. Originally helped with getting my apartment and has done well following up since!!

This building has a truly beautiful view. On clear days, you can see stunning sunsets and the lake scenery in the distance. Standing on the rooftop, you can enjoy the different views of all four seasons throughout the year. The staff here, Corner and Heather, are incredibly friendly. I have been living here for all three years since I came to Syracuse University, and whenever there was any issue or anything I needed help with in the apartment, they were always the first to help me. I am genuinely very grateful for their constant support and companionship throughout these years.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The residents are mature and respectful, so the building stays quiet without the typical college-style noise you sometimes find in other places. The construction is solid and well soundproofed, which makes a big difference in everyday comfort. The property is also kept very clean, and overall it’s a peaceful, well-maintained place to live.

Nice apartment. The front desk staff is very welcoming, and the working staff here are very responsible and enthusiastic. The efficiency of handling matters is high, and the neighbors are all friendly.
