Great experience overall. The apartment is comfortable and well maintained, and the management and maintenance teams have been responsive. I would recommend The Studios at 401 to students looking for a private studio in Syracuse.

They will add an mandatory insurance on your lease and they don't remind you once you leave. The apartment quality is insanely worse, the utility is totally garbage and they don't take a maintenance unless you walk into their office.
