Swiss Village Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Swiss Village Apartments. The move-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made settling in very easy. One thing I’ve really appreciated is how considerate and friendly my neighbors are, it makes for a welcoming community. Whenever I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. Overall, the staff has been responsive, and the property has been a comfortable place to call home. I’d definitely recommend Swiss Village Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community in the Syracuse area.

I’ve only been at Swiss Village for about almost two weeks now and can say I enjoyed living here so far. The move in process was very easy, Pernell and Aubrey were very pleasant to work with in getting my family an apartment!! Maintenance was very quick and efficient with our problems as well. My family loves our apartment and would recommend highly to anyone in Syracuse.

I've lived here for less than a year and signed the lease before seeing it, and was of course extreamly nervous. Thankfully it turned out to be a win! I moved in a day early than scheduled and was a bit worried as some things didn't work as they should've, but upon getting in contact with maintenance it was fixed in a few hours! It's pretty quiet in my building and my neighbors all seem to be very kind as well. The apartment managers were also extreamly helpful and clear while I was navigating the renting process and have been helpful everytime I've contacted them since. They also recently did a complete Interior fix up and it helped a ton. There have only been improvements since moving in and I am definitely a fan!

The management and maintenance teams are professional and always responsive whenever something comes up, which really makes a difference. The location is super convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and everything I need in Syracuse. My apartment is comfortable, spacious, and gets plenty of natural light, which I love. Overall, Swiss Village Apartments is a great place to live if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-managed, and friendly community. I’m really happy to call it home!

I’ve lived here for a few years, things have improved significantly recently. Maintenance is reliable. Any issues are minor gripes, honestly. Management team actually listens when issues are brought up, unlike the previous management. Overall I’d say I’m content with things currently. Keep up the good work.
