Rent has increased to over 500.00 in the last 3 years. The owners claim it's the going rate. Lol Your paying over 1700 for a 1960-70ish apt with the appliance to match. Not to mention there's nothing including and everything is electric. Your utility bills outrageous. So you'll be close to $2,000 a month! Take a look around there are way better options out there for this kind of money. Not cool!

I love this little area to sit and meditate by the running waterfall is just fantastic! I wish there were more little hidden areas like this throughout this location along with grenadier village! The owners care so much about the property You can really tell the time and attention and detail that is put into this location! I look forward to seeing more developments in the future at these properties!

Friendly community, access to many more amenities thru association with Grenider Appartments. Within walking distance of essential services. Groceries, Salons, urgent care, restaurants, Dentist, Dollar stores, Drug Store, etc.

These apartments could have been good; they're quite, plenty of parking, decent location. However the first floor/basement apartments have serious mold issues.

Nice quite neighborhood. Grounds are well kept and maintenance staff respond quickly to calls. The apartments are dated, but the management is putting lots of work into improvements.
