One of the better apartment complex around the area. Super clean and maintenance is very attentive which we really appreciated when living here. Officer staffs were also very good at communicating and being responsive. The cons: Our lease didn’t get renewed after the 2nd year, for zero reasons and per NY state - they don’t have to give a reason why. We paid our rent every month on time, and were good neighbors and no complaints whatsoever. It was a blessing in disguise, because the property management increases the rent pricing every year - we renewed it once. The rent increased by about $60-70 which we thought was crazy and we looked at the listing rental price and it was nearly $1.6K for GROUND level, ONE bedroom, only has windows on one side of the building, charging $1.6K, not including the garage fee which was $55. Laundry is communal and $2.75 which adds up.

Second year living here. Zero complaints. Great staff. Professional and kind. Super fast maintenance team. Fast snow removal. Fair rent considering the market. Spacious clean apartment. Quiet, considerate neighbors. Very happy I moved here.

I had a maintenance request that was answered within a few minutes. Professionally done with a friendly maintenance person.
