Beautiful apartment with great neighbors, staff, and property managers. I couldn't say enough positive things about Thomeka and how fast she responded to any concerns. We would have stayed at this complex for a while if being close to downtown worked for our lifestyle. The only concerns my partner and I had were due to the area the building was located in. There were a few people who would commonly dumpster dive and throw the trash everywhere in the process and sometimes safety was a concern. Thomeka and the rest of the staff did the best they could to address the concerns with what they were able to control.

Relatively nice building near downtown Syracuse by Saint Joseph's hospital. The buildings are historic and have been nicely restored for modern use. My neighbors are friendly and the buildings are relatively secure. Recommend if you are looking for a good historical building near downtown and like urban living.

I have to leave this absolutely amazing review for kasson place Apts as I have been residing at 622 James street for several years and plan on residing here forever. This is the most beautiful and outstanding property I have ever resided in ever. management here at kasson place is the most kind,generous,and friendly management and I’m so blessed they all go above and beyond for tenants more than ever.The maintenance is spectacular and when you ever need anything done in the building I reside in they go the extra mile and much more to assure anything and everything is done no questions asked. The buildings are very private and secure and it always feels like home no matter what. I am so blessed and so very appreciative of the property manager jay who is very knowledgeable and stays on top of everything and is by far the very best property manager we have had in some time and I can’t say enough about him he’s simply amazing and much more. I recommend living in kasson place Apts if anyone is seeking a beautiful living experience and is pet friendly I certainly couldn’t ask or expect anything more from my renting from this amazing,beautiful and historical property. I give kasson place Apts a 10+++++++. No hesitation. Thank you kasson place for the best living experience and amenities such as laundry on premises and a absolute amazing indoor gym and much much more. You have rented from the rest now rent from the best at kasson place Apts.
