I have had a private office here for almost 3 years. It's great to share common spaces with kitchen, meeting rooms, and lovely people!

Great place to be in the downtown Syracuse area. Perfectly located yet super affordable. Stacie in the leasing office is the best and has been extremely helpful from day one, CommonSpace is lucky to have her! Highly recommend living here if you are looking to live downtown.

I have live in Commonspace Jefferson for the past 2 years when I relocated to Syracuse for work. Stacie and Shauna were very helpful and communicative in the process of finding housing that was safe and convenient to my place of employment. The amenities of the Commonspace concept are an amazing benefit as the shared spaces allow for building great relationships with other residents. I would recommend any of the the Commonspace locations as each one is unique in its own way, with units of varying floor plans and styles.

Great experience living at CS Jefferson this year. The staff (Shauna and Stacie) are incredibly helpful and responsive. The building was always clean and safe. Everything was as advertised. Would highly recommend living here. If I'm back in Syracuse next year, I definitely will be.
