I lived here for about three years and had the best experience with the property manager and maintenance. They were always accommodating, kind, and communicative. The apartments are basically brand new and the location is great for wanting to live in downtown Syracuse but not in super high-traffic and busy areas. I can't recommend them enough.

The apartments are beautiful and located near downtown and close to the hospital. The management, specifically Erica and Greg, are seriously the best I've had in the 10+ places I've lived. Erica responds super quickly to any questions and is always nice. Nothing was ever broken and the windows are fantastic to wakeup to.

Highly recommend these apartments!!! Relocated from Toledo to Syracuse alone on April 1st of last year Erica and Greg made sure they went above and beyond to get me settled in my new apartment; maintenance request and questions answered quickly. “ I LOVE IT HERE”!

The views from the apartment are simply unbeatable in Syracuse. Floor to ceiling windows. Erica from the management company, Icon, is very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend anyone to live here, if you manage to find an apartment!
