We’ve been at Waters Edge for a little over a year. It has a great community feel. The neighbors have been extremely friendly. I’d also like to thank Ryley for all her help.

Moved here not to long ago. Really enjoying the peace and amenities that come with it just a bit pricey and a few things that can make it a better place to live such as the elevator looks broken like the lights and circuit board popping out and the stairway being dirty some have stains in building 900. It looks a bit abandoned for what you pay. If this all gets fixed it will get my 5 stars for sure. Inside the apartment rooms it's really clean and we'll take care of with it's luxury look. [Update 2026] Management needs to take resident safety seriously. After the buzzer system was broken for a long time, the main lobby door is now completely broken and doesn't require a key fob to enter. This isn't just an inconvenience—it’s dangerous. We have seen suspicious individuals wearing masks entering the building who clearly do not live here. Anyone can walk off the street and straight to our apartment doors. We pay a premium to live at Water's Edge for the security and peace of mind, but right now, anyone can enter and roam the hallways. This is a massive liability. Fix the door and the security system immediately

We have lived here for years and we absolutely love it! The staff is incredible. Maintenance requests are taken care of immediately every single time. They are so attentive and continue to provide the best experience ever! Home sweet home!

Terrible maintenance hot water goes off and maintenance will not come to fix it despite numerous calls. What they replied with is not true, they fixed it after 48 hours. Then the manager said they didn’t have my keys or phone number to come fix it.

The maintenance department is right on top of their game. I put a maintenance request in and shortly after they were at my apartment. They are friendly & know what they are doing.
