University Place Apartments

This place is excellent! I must give great praise to Terry, the building manager. It is obvious that she takes great pride in the work that she does here. She always takes my concerns seriously, no matter how small they may be, and always provides satisfactory resolutions with clear communication. I also often see her around the building, cleaning and doing other work to keep the place looking nice. The building also has a great maintenance team, who I often see around the building doing preventative maintenance and other work to keep the building in good shape. They respond promptly to any issues that occur. The units are quite pleasant. There is great sound-proofing between units, and I seldom hear any noises from the neighboring units. The gym and practice rooms are also great amenities to have. Overall, I have no complaints about this place.

If you’re looking for the best value apartment in the area within a reasonable budget, this is definitely the place to consider. I lived here during my second year of graduate school and had a very positive experience. The building features a spacious resident lounge, and the apartments are newly renovated and well maintained. What impressed me most was the property manager, Ms. VanWie. She is highly experienced, incredibly patient, and genuinely cares about the residents. She even seems to know which cat belongs to which apartment! If you’re hoping to enjoy a higher-quality living experience without spending a fortune, I believe this community is one of the best choices available.
