Rustic Village Apartments

They are highly racist, deeply unfair, and expert gaslighters. I would strongly advise against meeting the guy sitting in their office, especially if you are Brown. I lived here two years ago, and the person in the office, John, repeatedly gaslighted me. The maintenance staff failed to come twice to fix an issue with my AC. When I complained, John insisted that the maintenance person had already come to my apartment, fixed the issue, and that I was lying because I was supposedly not at home. The truth is, I never left my apartment that day. No maintenance person ever came. Instead of addressing the issue, I was falsely accused of lying and made to feel as though my concerns did not matter.

I just had another pleasant experience with Tom in maintenance. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. We have been here for 2 years now and every interaction I've had with him leaves me feeling good about living here. Thank you Tom!
