Pennwood Apartments

I have lived in Pennwood apartments for close to a month now and the entire move in process was wonderful and went nice and smooth. Katie and Angela were attentive and so nice, making it that much better. The apartments are well maintained, and my neighbors have been very nice. It's also quiet and makes you feel very safe. Location is also a huge plus, so close to everything! I would highly recommend living here :)

I've lived at Pennwood for nearly a year now and was more than happy to resign my lease. The community feels safe, and the newly renovated apartments are beautiful and well-kept. I haven't had to call maintenance once since moving in, but have only heard great things of them. The atmosphere is always quiet and clean. The pool is a gorgeous. And the location puts you close to everything you need. I'm really looking forward to spending another year in my lovely apartment!

I’ve lived in many places over the years, but The Pennwood apartments truly stands out as exceptional. From the moment I moved in, It’s felt like home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the buildings are clean and modern, and the amenities are top-notch. The management team is amazing, incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. Most importantly my wife and I feel safe and well taken care of here. What really sets this complex apart is the sense of community. Whether It’s fun resident event or simply chatting with neighbors, there’s a warm and welcoming vibe that makes it feel more like a neighborhood than just an apartment building. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, quiet, well-managed, and feels like home, I can’t recommend this place enough!

My husband and I have lived here for just about a year now. We were new to the Rochester area, and when I came across Pennwood apartments I knew it was going to be a great place to call home. Katie and Angela have been very responsive to any questions we have. The place is quiet and safe (we love to go for walks around the area or on the trail behind the complex). The community/ our neighbors are very friendly. Our apartment had all new appliances and carpets when we moved in and the apartment itself is very spacious. We also enjoy our ability to keep items in an onsite storage unit. The pool is perfect for the summer and the apartment grounds are well kept. Finally, the carport is awesome for the winter! We are looking forward to living here for another year!

The team is efficient, respectful, and really knows what they’re doing. The leasing office has also always been great with communication and quick with responses for any questions I’ve had while living here. The apartments themselves are a great value for the money. They’re spacious, comfortable, and everything works as it should. Rent is reasonable compared to other places I looked at, especially considering the quality of service and the overall experience. Bonus points for how quiet and peaceful the complex is — it’s a perfect balance of convenience and comfort. I would absolutely recommend Pennwood Apartments to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed place to call home.
