Long time resident at Little Creek and have seen many management changes over the years. The current property manager, Sarah Mendell, has been very responsive to any questions or issues I have had. Despite a hectic atmosphere and a very demanding position I have always found her pleasant and easy to deal with. She does her best to support the tenants and resolve issues for those things that are within her control.

Sarah has been a great property manager at Little Creek. Whenever I've had an issue, which isn't often, she has gotten back to me quickly and is always pleasant. I've been at Little Creek for a year now and have only had to put in a couple maintenance requests. Primarily, asking for more salt out front of our unit in the winter and for a carbon monoxide detector to be replaced. Those issues were handled quickly. More recently, I requested the tub and tile in our bathroom to be fixed because the finishing has started coming off. Sarah got that scheduled right away and its due to be fixed in 2 weeks.

I was so excited to move to Little Creek in 2024 and ended up living there for two years. At first, it seemed like the perfect place. Quiet, family-oriented, and in a decent area. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill pretty quickly. One of the first things I noticed was how incredibly thin the walls are. You can literally hear your neighbors' conversations through the walls. And if you end up next to a noisy neighbor, good luck. It feels like they're living in your apartment with you. Another huge frustration was dealing with the leasing office. They were extremely hard to reach. Calling was usually a waste of time, and the best way to contact them was by email if you're willing to wait days or sometimes even weeks for a response. The rent also skyrocketed during my second year. For what you're actually getting, the apartments are way overpriced. The "renovated" units sound great on paper, but don't be fooled. In my experience, "renovated" mostly means decent appliances and a bunch of cosmetic patchwork. I was really excited to move into a renovated unit, but it didn't take long to realize it was more of a surface-level upgrade than an actual renovation. Maintenance was another ongoing issue. I put in work orders for several things, and more than once they were closed out without anyone actually fixing the problem. The biggest example was the flooring. The floors started peeling during my first year there. I submitted a work order, but nothing was ever done about it. Then after I moved out, they had the nerve to charge me over $300 for flooring repairs. Honestly, it looked like something anyone's grandmother could fix with a $20 DIY project from the hardware store. The neighborhood itself is nice, and that's probably the best thing I can say about living there. But between the paper-thin walls, unresponsive leasing office, ignored maintenance requests, huge rent increases, and move-out charges, I left feeling pretty disappointed. If you're considering Little Creek, I'd recommend looking past the marketing and "renovated" labels and really thinking about whether it's worth the price.

I just got approved for my apartment at Little Creek Apartments and I had to leave a review for Sarah because she has truly been a blessing throughout this entire process. Moving can be stressful, but Sarah made everything feel smooth, welcoming, and supportive from beginning to end. She was patient, professional, understanding, and always willing to answer my questions and help me through every step. You can genuinely tell she cares about people and loves what she does. Good customer service is rare these days, and Sarah went above and beyond for me. I’m beyond excited to move into my new apartment and grateful for all of her help and kindness. Thank you again, Sarah, for being such a positive light during this process. Little Creek Apartments is lucky to have you!

I recently read a new review about little creek apartments which left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm currently a tenant here and have been since last year. I left the office manager Sarah a wonderful review which was rated 5 stars because of her quick responses to issues and working diligently to solve any problems I had in my apartment. Maintenance has responded in a timely manner when issues arised and Sarah has always followed up to make sure the issue was taken care of. And no I was not paid nor given a discount for any review I have posted as the previous review person stated. Spreading false rumors about the staff here and how the property is run is absolutely insane. This is upsetting as these people work hard to take care of so many residents who live here. The people who work here have treated my family well and I plan to stay as long as I can. Sarah, Alex, Luis, and Juan all deserve 5 star ratings as they do the best they can to make sure they take care of everyone's needs. I am more than satisfied with my living situation at little creek and I have even referred a friend to inquire about an apartment here since she is currently looking for a new place.
