My experience at Innovation Square was great. The property offered a comfortable and modern living environment with convenient amenities and well-maintained facilities. The location makes it easy to explore downtown, with some really nice local cafes nearby, and there is also a fresh market on Sundays, which I really enjoyed

Lived here as a resident for two years. Everything is very clean, security is great, lots of amenities. My last year was soured by a profound maintenance issue that was unresolved before I moved in, and remained unresolved by the time I moved out, despite multiple attempts to have the issue fixed. I am sure this was a unique case and not the norm. Just try to physically visit the exact apartment you are interested in (or the one you are given) before you sign the lease, in case half of the windows are boarded up. Because they will not warn you beforehand!

You still clock the poured-concrete shaft that used to wear the Xerox X—443 feet of downtown Rochester, now Innovation Square. The lobby is a security desk and a tenant board; I was allowed as far as the ground floor while a courier signed in. From Clinton Avenue the height is the point, not the interior.

AC outage for 2 weeks and with no compensation. We experienced an inner room temperature of nearly 90F for 2 weeks.
