Mice Infested complex

Disgusting and Unacceptable Living Conditions Living in an apartment complex where you are constantly dealing with mice is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This has been an ongoing issue, and instead of management taking real action to resolve the problem, I was told to deal with it by Erica. Residents should not have to live with mice running through their apartments, getting into their belongings, and worrying about sanitation and safety. We pay rent to have a safe and livable home—not to constantly fight an infestation. And on top of the mice problem, two units in this complex have had ceilings cave in. That is extremely concerning and shows that there are serious maintenance and safety issues that need to be addressed.
