Location is the only thing genuinely good about Global Village 403. A majority of the rooms are singles and there are no known rodent/pest issues which should be the bare minimum, but it still places GV leagues above several of RIT's other housing options. Half of the apartments don't have kitchens, which was not clear until after we had selected ours, and there is not enough space or furniture to comfortably house all six people. The laundry room is also too small. Definitely not worth the 10 grand a year I'm paying for it, probably not even worth half that. Edit: I completely forgot to mention what prompted me to write a poor review in the first place, that hot water is unavailable on a semi-consistent basis. Completely unacceptable.
