French Court Apartments

I had such a great experience working with Tracey at French Court Apartments during my apartment search. She was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help me find a place. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but she made the process so much easier and took the time to answer my questions and keep me updated. What stood out most was how patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful she was throughout everything. You can tell she truly cares about the people she works with, and I really appreciated all of her help and effort. I’m very thankful for the positive experience and would definitely recommend working with Tracey at French Court Apartments!

I've been here for 13 years and just renewed for a 14th. I have only positive things to say about this complex and community. I would especially like to echo other reviewer's sentiments regarding Jamar and his maintenance team - they are fantastic. They work tirelessly both inside and out and our appreciation for them can not be understated.

Maintenance always goes above and beyond for me whenever there’s an issue in my apartment. The head of maintenance Jamar especially works so hard to go the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of . He’s so friendly accommodating and kind. They even fixing things I did not include in the service request . This rental company is really lucky to have a super star leading their team!!! My dishwasher and oven broke right as the holidays were approaching and they expeditiously installed the new appliances so I was not without. Kudos to a hardworking team, it is greatly appreciated!

Ive lived at french court for three years and it was worth the 5 stars. I was in a one bed one bath on the first floor. Hands down one of the quietest places ive lived. Never really heard any of my neighbors from next door or above. The property is very well maintained and has a high standard for cleanliness. The maintenance staff is over the moon responsive, and thourhough. Within three hours, i made a call for a broken window, broken microwave, and broken lightswitch and they were all addressed within that timeframe. I would highly recommend living here.

Lived here for 2 years. I would not have moved if it wasn't for a new Job out of state. Location is perfect. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance (2-3 min) from two entry points to the most amazing Erie canal (so you have a guaranteed access to daily refreshing walks). The apartment complex itself is really good. Never had an issue with maintenance, and If I did, they have in-house super capable men for the job. Tracey from the leasing office is the sweetest person and always responsive and supportive.
