The Lofts at The Foundry

Beautiful building with a few extremely noteworthy shortcomings. First and most concerning, there have been break-ins that resulted in stolen property. The HOA and management are aware of the security flaw, which could easily be fixed. Typically, management is responsive, but in this case the lack of action taken by the HOA has resulted in residents feeling on edge and unsafe! Additional issues include pest control problems, a courtyard filled with gravel and dumpsters (even though every tenant was promised a “zen garden” upon signing their lease and the website currently lists it as an amenity), and frequent fire alarms that trigger building evacuations at all hours of the night. The claim that this is a market rate luxury apartment complex is unfortunately a facade. It falls far short of the high standards implied by its tall windows and abundant natural light, which to be fair are some of the genuine positives of living at The Lofts at the Foundry.
