Water is dirtier than a mud puddle, mold all over, floors are uneven, boards in some windows, with broken glass, bees all over the yard in the back of the building, appliance block of the drawers from opening in the kitchen, place should be condemned. Who would brush their teeth or wash themselves in mud puddle water.

Please keep in mind when reading these that there is more than one side to the story. Mold can grow in a $5 million dollar mansion or an apartment. If you do not ventilate your apartment or if you keep your door closed after a shower, you will get mold. Also, when people do not get their way, or have trouble paying their rent that leads to eviction, they tend to use this platform to try hurt the business. They weren't happy with just getting away with not paying over $14,000 in rent. They had to also make up stories here. God bless them and their new landlord.

Tubs are painted with wall paint the grass is full with dog feces mold coming through the walls and infestation of all kinds of insects that comes through the floors. Be careful not to walk on edge of pathways cause they are broken and uneven. When I moved in the apartment, looked at beautiful the following year it came crashing down and they don’t like to fix stuff or should I say they don’t know how to fix things

I use to live there and I hated it! There was mold growing everywhere, seriously! Mold was growing all on the walls, windows, closets, and back of the main door. The heat was never turned on, I had to turn on the oven for heat throughout the day. I complained about the mold to Charlie which is the super and he did nothing! He told me to wipe it down with bleach. Oh and a lot of the people that live there do drugs/alcohol including the super. I lasted for a few months and had to move. I was not living there with my child. Do not move there, you will regret it!!
