I would recommend confirming everything in writing before traveling to view a unit here. I had a confirmed appointment to view unit F01 and traveled a considerable distance to see it. The unit was unfinished and did not match what I expected based on the information I had received. I was also told there was a laundry room, but after arriving I learned there was no on-site laundry that I could see as the agent Dan was rushing off to see another family who was viewing the same unit I was supposed to get AFTER applying. I had understood that the unit was being held for me, yet another prospective tenant was shown the same unit during my appointment. I was also told that my housing specialist had not sent the required paperwork, although my housing specialist had already sent the complete package. The surrounding area was lovely, but unfortunately my experience with the leasing process left me uncomfortable moving forward. Also, the leasing agent Dan was not being truthful about completing my rental package. I strongly suggest prospective tenants verify the exact unit, amenities, availability, and paperwork status in writing before making the trip. If you have a housing voucher I advise you to proceed with caution I am very disappointed in this whole experience as it was a huge waste of time and very off putting.

Shit parking, barely nice apartments and never any water. Management is not responsive and not on site, it’s outsourced.

Honestly all the latest review are true. The water pressure here is nonexistent. The management company blames the city but in the end we’re the ones without water. There’s a war over parking because there used to be assigned parking and now there’s not, so if you’re a new tenant you’re pretty much parking way in the back or not getting a spot. There’s also like over 50 apartments and only 4 washing machines and 4 dryer. It’s not enough and you have people that just leave their clothes in the machines all day.

I’m absolutely fed up with this place! I cried this morning because, for the fifth consecutive day, I have been without water for a shower. When there is water, the pressure is so low that it’s barely usable, and the sound it makes is unbearable. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering that I’m expected to pay $3,000 in rent. This needs to change!
