The staff at Fox Run are amazing! Always providing residents with events or meals throughout the year which brings the community together and allowing fox run to become more of a community rather than just a living space. Tanya does an incredible job coordinating and scheduling these events which I enjoy to go to every time. Pick Foxrun!!

Living at Fox Run at Fulton has been such a great experience. The community is comfortable and welcoming, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Chris from maintenance. Anytime I had an apartment issue, he showed up right away, fixed everything quickly, and always asked if there was anything else he could do before leaving. He’s helped me so much and truly goes above and beyond. Fox Run really does feel like home thanks to people like him.

Fox Run is by far something I wish I would have started freshmen year but instead we had our girl start living there Jr year. If you have any kids starting at Marist or going there now I highly recommend you have them live here since the security is way better than Marist Dorms, the do events all the time for the kids, feed them and just show so much love to them. The gym is right in the apartments. If you have any questions let me know as it has been the best experience ever. They have washers in the unit, they can cook food. By far best choice we ever made

I've really enjoyed living at Fox Run. The apartment is clean, quiet, and feels like home. The staff is friendly and helpful, and any maintenance issues get fixed fast. The amenities are great—especially the gym and common areas. Overall, it's a safe and comfortable place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it to others.
