Corlies Manor Apartments

This place is horrible, I wouldn’t even let my fourth grade teacher live here and I hated her. Never in my life I’ve lived somewhere so disgusting. You can move here and you’re the one that has to become Bob the Builder.I would rather lick a New York subway clean than live in this hellhole.

I am a current resident at Corlies. I'd like to take the time out to say how professional, fair, respectful and prompt Colleen is. Whenever I have an issue with anything Colleen is always solution-based.

Absolutely disgusting. It smells like weed and cigarettes in the hallways of the apartments when you step in from the main door. Roaches and rats everywhere! I called them so they can kill all the roaches and they are still here. I even found roaches in my bed. I highly don’t recommend living here unless you like roaches sleeping with you in your bed.

I've lived in corlies since 2016 & its a nice place to be. Erin is nice, attentive, considerate an cares about the better of the complex an making the residents feel at home as well as taking serious. Ron from maintenance is a good guy as well, he tries his best to get everything done correctly an in a timely manner.

Absolutely would never refer my worst enemy to this place. They have the biggest roach and mice infestation. Yeah that’s right I stopped paying because I couldn’t even keep food in the place. They expect you to have renters insurance all this other stuff but renters insurance only covers fire,water damage, n possibly theft. Not pest problems. Granted I got evicted however it was due to the property the nasty pest issues that I stopped paying. Didn’t matter how clean a person was. It’s disgusting!!!!
