I've called at least 5 times. One time they in advertising stated they had a deal. I called and it wasn't right no deal. I don't understand why they would leave it empty when people want to move in but all they say is it's a high quality apts. I see them as overpriced. I'm a senior and would love to live there. Why can't you get a discount with other programs like 30% and 60% off in rent and have help in county or state pay. I understand you don't want bad tenants. But you still have apts empty. All they say is it's a luxury apts. I say they look great and I believe it would be great full to be there. It's only myself.

We have enjoyed living at Riverwalk for the past 2 years. The water views are lovely and we have an abundance of natural light in the living room and kitchen. Darci is an awesome property manager and has made our experience here memorable .

I love my spacious apartment and the view of the river is stunning! All of my neighbors are so kind and the covered garage parking is such a plus for our NY winters!

Beautiful building. The apartments already have a luxury feel and the view of the water is so pretty! I did a tour with Darci and she was super informative and answered all the questions I had. Can’t wait to see it when it’s finished!
