Oak Square Apartments

The apartments are nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and until recently my wife and I have been treated with nothing but respect by the property manager here at Oak Square. However, a condescending note left on mine and my 9-months pregnant wife’s door (after knocking that turned to pounding) by the property’s part-time maintenance man (my wife would not open the door nor indicate anyone was at home) listing many grievances and presuming to instruct us has me questioning the level of professionalism here as well as the proper lines of communication between tenant and landlord for issues we would be happy to remedy if properly notified by Zion Properties established representative here, the property manager. An unfortunate and disagreeable experience and unappreciated, disrespectful gesture on the part of this employee.
