Amazing apartments, amazing experience. My daughters first time living alone. Matt and Jarid go above and beyond for their tenants. Very happy at Hillside!

Such a cool place to live! I love the views in the morning from the upstairs lounges, you can see the campus and most of the valley from the top of the hill. It's great that the bus picks us up here so I don't have to walk down to campus, and the free coffee saves me a trip to Starbucks. Jerid and Matt always have fun events going on and the dinners on Friday are awesome!! Best place to stay!

So clean, so nice. Looks and feels new, plus has a lot of fun things to do in the clubhouse and courtyard. Really like the events and games people can play and win prizes and the giveaways. The guys in the office are so nice and helpful too with any problems i had. Would definitely recommend to anyone studying or working in the Oneonta area

I just moved here and i absolutely love it! The amenities are so so nice and everyones so friendly. Weve had neighbors leave notes and snacks on doors and joined groups of people sitting outside and made so many friends! Anyone thinking of living here should :)
