Decided to leave a review to highlight a really awesome staff person here at our building, named Jeff. Really well tempered maintenance personnel. Knowledgeable, diligent, hard working and friendly but also very professional as well. Much needed here and appreciated. Also, Eddie, a really great man of integrity along with Ayo. Great people! Keep it up Jeff.

I love living here, mostly because of the team. Both the lobby staff and the maintenance crew are incredible; if you ever have an issue, their response is immediate and they fix it right away. I can’t thank everyone enough, Miguel, Jeffrey, Eddy, Ayo, Herry, John, Al, Kadion, Ivette, and the rest of the team truly make you feel at home. They are the reason I’ve chosen West 96 as my home for the last three years

Jeff and John from the maintenance team are the best! They are always so helpful, efficient & quick whenever I need them, and don't stop until the job is done well. They're always so kind and bring great energy - even my dog loves them! 10/10!!

West 96th has always been a great living experience for me. Everyone working here shows great hospitality 24/7. Two maintenance men, John and Princeton, always manage to repair something in my apartment without fail. I can’t ask for better!

We moved into West 96th Apartments only 3 weeks ago and they have been fantastic! Very attentive by all staff - from our leasing agent Jasmin, to all the Doormen and Doorwoman (one woman😁) and the Maintenance service team. I called yesterday about our oven not working properly and 24 hrs later John and Prince installed a brand new oven. Well done West 96th team! Thank you!
