TYSON HOUSING IN STATEN ISLAND IS A BIG SCAM they ADVERTISE studio for &16,00 you go there with your w2form and the broker tells u the apt goes for &2,000 with a housing vocher come back with a housing vocher for &2000 and u got the 9x9 APT they dont rent to seniors they want no part of , seniors if u worked all your life and have 2 income s0cial security and pension an the financial requirements PROPERTY TRY TO calk they don,T return the call

Im not gonna even lie washing machines and dryers are always broken like come on rent to high and y’all not even gonna fix this damn machines like be so for real

Tysens park is conveniently located however the building I live in is absolutely filthy the floors are coated with a dirt. The elevator has had the same barbecue sauce on the door for the past 3 weeks. Urine stains on the stair case floors for the past 2 months. Management doesn't seem to care. It ashame because if the building was cleaned properly it would be an excellent place to live.

I’ve been here 12 years and it’s been wonderful living here. So close to all transportation and stores, beaches, parks and restaurants. The buildings were well maintained with helpful and courteous staff. The apartment absolutely wonderful roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately as time went on cleanliness was an issue along with laundry rooms unacceptable when it comes to non working machines for months. Security has been an issue also. Trying to recommend to friends and family but no one answers when you call or completed an online application. Sad to say not as happy as I was in the beginning. Hopefully things will change to make it better.

Loved living there. The rooms were nice and big, lots of space throughout the whole apartment, very comfortable. Walking distance to many stores there. The bad thing was that I lived to the back & the back door would slam all the time. Other than that, great place to live (I moved from there 2006)
