The34

Shantal was incredibly helpful and ensured that all our questions were answered. She made the entire process seamless. My husband and I are both delighted with our new apartment.

I look forward to moving in to my apartment at The34. I had a wonderful tour- the building is beautiful and the neighborhood is lively. I worked with Ronny who was very responsive to all my communications. The reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I originally applied for a 24 month lease but was given a 12 month lease to sign so there has been a bit of back and forth in getting that rectified

I want to thank the team and especially Bari for helping with the process. Everything went fairly quickly and without unnecessary hassle, and they were responsive and helpful at each step. In the end, the whole process took very little time, and I already have the keys to the apartment. Now I’m just looking forward to moving in and enjoying all the amenities at The 34. Thank you for your professional and genuinely helpful service.

Shantal was fantastic. I’m relocating from across the country and naturally have a lot of questions. She was responsive and kind throughout the entire lease signing experience. She even reached out to me at 830pm to answer one of my questions. If this level of service carries throughout my lease term I am sure I will love my experience here.

Bari, the leasing director, was super helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. The whole process was quick and efficient. Front desk is very responsive and wonderful as well.
