Am so happy for the Westminster community for acquiring Nykia on their management team! Nykia was my first point of contact two years ago when I moved into Tribeca Tower. Her passion for providing the best experience for tenants far exceeded any expectations I had choosing to make a Related Building my home. Staff at The Westminster have consistently been stellar over the years we have lived here. They give impeccable service truly going above and beyond. They make it home for ALL the residents. The standout feature in terms of the many amenities The Westminster has to offer has to be the manicured , landscaped sun terrace. Sunsets are incredible.

The Westminster is a great place to live! The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of Chelsea, with the West Village & Flatiron 10 minutes walk away. Building amenities are great, with the typical luxury amenities: elevator, 24/7 doormen, incredible rooftop, resident workspaces, gym, in-unit washer & dryer, etc. Doormen and building staff are personable and kind. Great to see kind & familiar faces everyday in the lobby. Related is a great company - I have only lived in their buildings since moving to NYC and I wouldn't have it any other way!
