Daniel went above and beyond as a broker. I was on the fence about the building, and he went out of his way to accommodate me throughout the lease-signing process and make sure I got clear answers to all of my questions. He even stayed with me in the lobby for an extra hour while I worked through everything. Really appreciated how responsive, patient, and helpful he was.

Frustrating experience with the leasing agent Abraham not responding and hiding details of the apartment. Encouraging me to apply without answering my questions. 2 bedroom is tiny and should not be advertised as a 2 bed. No wonder they keep lowering the price.

Daniel, the agent who showed us the place, was very nice, professional, and responsive. Made the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I toured with Daniel yesterday and had a great experience! He was super nice, professional and answered all my questions. I saw unit 17C, a 2 bed 2 bath, and the views of the city were AMAZING!! The views from the rooftop were even better and the gym was better than every building I’ve toured so far. Had a great tour and would definitely recommend working with Daniel!

Super is great, service folks are great. Management company could be more responsive. Convenient location and nice city views. Lovely neighborhood
