I had the best experience from the first time I walked into the apartment until my move in day. This amazing experience was 100% because of Luis!! He made sure everything was taken care of and showed up when others didn’t. He goes above and beyond his job and really is the reason I moved here!!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing as a long-term resident of the Shipyard in Hoboken, where I have lived since September 2004. Over the past two decades, I have interacted with many members of the management, operations, and administrative teams, and I wanted to take a moment to specifically recognize Tiffany Santiago for the outstanding level of support, professionalism, and care she brings to her role. Tiffany has consistently been friendly, responsive, accommodating, and solution-oriented in every interaction I have had with her. She carries herself with warmth, patience, and professionalism, and she has a way of making residents feel heard, respected, and taken care of. In a large residential community like the Shipyard, that kind of forward-facing presence makes a meaningful difference. What stands out most about Tiffany is that she does not make residents feel like they are simply dealing with a system or a process. She brings a human quality to the experience. She listens, follows through, communicates clearly, and represents the Shipyard and Ironstate brand extremely well. As someone who has been part of this community for nearly twenty-two years, I can say with confidence that Tiffany has made my experience here easier, smoother, and more positive. She is exactly the kind of person residents hope to encounter when they need assistance, guidance, or support. I believe Tiffany is a tremendous asset to the Shipyard team and a fantastic representative of Ironstate. I hope her professionalism, consistency, and resident-centered approach are recognized and appreciated by leadership. Mike was absolutely great! issues were fixed very fast he did two separate requests in under 20 minutes exactly how I asked.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tiffany for the last few years as a Shipyard resident. She prioritizes her tenants, is always accommodating and responsive and makes an extra effort to problem solve in a timely manner regardless of the issue at hand. It is rare to find someone as caring as Tiffany at a larger management company but she is truly the best!
