The Station at Lyndhurst

I highly recommend The Station apartments based on my excellent experience living there. The management team, Jamil and Chris, provided outstanding service. They were consistently responsive, addressed all concerns promptly, and maintained clear communication. The building is well-maintained, with clean common areas and proper upkeep throughout the property. My overall experience at The Station was very positive. The professional management, well-kept premises, and convenient parking combined to create an enjoyable living environment. I was completely satisfied with my time at The Station and would recommend it to anyone seeking quality apartment housing.

Our experience at The Station has been great! The management team, particularly Chris and Jamil, deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. Any maintenance issues or concerns we’ve had were always resolved promptly and professionally. Finding the balance in a multi resident community isn’t easy, but the management team here makes a genuine effort to accommodate everyone’s needs. The grounds are well maintained, and the amenities meets all our expectations. We are Grateful for our stay at The Station.

I've been living at the Station for almost 5 years. My experience living here has been nice. I have a nice roomy apartment and a pretty nice view. The parking is a serious issue but since the main road has been paved, we now can have our visitors park there, thank goodness!! I like the area, the vast dining options, the very close proximity to shopping, NYC and Giants Stadium (which I have gone to quite a few games and concerts). As a lifelong NY’er, I have unfortunately developed allergies since living here which I think is because of the wetlands but I’m managing, lol. Over the years, there have been some improvements to the complex however it hasn't been until lately where I have had a few interactions with Jamil in the leasing office. Jamil is GREAT! He is attentive, knows your name and your apartment number off the top of his head! He recently helped me with a parking situation and immediately came through for me a few days later. THANK YOU Jamil, you’re the BEST!!!

Lived here for the past 3 years. The place itself is more than adequate. The location is great (NYC skyline views) with commuter buses to and from the city less than a block away (on weekdays) and also Lyndhurst/Secaucus train stations within 10 minutes. The openness of the area protects it well from the traffic noises of 17/95 while providing amazing fresh air and breeze despite the commercial trucks in the surrounding area. Rutherford has a local but bustling Main Street with lots of restaurants and events always going on. 17 and American Dream nearby will cover all of your shopping needs. As far as the staff; maintenance is amazing and covered everything we needed, the janitorial crew is always cleaning or working on something, the leasing staff are straightforward and answer promptly with any issues I’ve brought to them. Some things to consider that you may not think of right away - you are basically in the swamp, bugs can get crazy on the summer in the garage and on the balconies (luckily never in my apartment). Chubb and the surrounding streets (Valley Brook/Wall) have a lot of commercial truck traffic so the roads are a bumpy pothole mess no matter how much roadwork the city does. These aren’t the fault of the place itself but that being said, the only real complaints that I have were the constant fire alarms that have been happening recently and the package room being a nightmare for organization’s sake (I’ve never had a package stolen but have been lost for a few days). Some common complaints such as parking, noisy tenants, elevators - can be issues anywhere so I can’t necessarily blame them, especially when the property manager is available via text at a moment’s notice for parking concerns and on-call maintenance works hard during emergencies. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely miss the area.

I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any concerns or maintenance requests. The property is well kept, and I really appreciate how clean and quiet it is. The amenities are a big plus too especially the laundry facilities and the parking. Overall, it’s a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to live. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good apartment in the area!
