The Paris New York - Upper West Side Apartments

FYI- the elevators here are constantly broken and even though they replaced one it’s also often broken. In a single day you may receive up to 4 emails a day saying they’re broken. Save your money and rent literally anywhere else. Assume this is a walk up building.

Do not move here. The building's only two elevators break down at least once a month, and there is no backup or freight elevator. The building also shuts off the water at least once a month for repairs. And the management staff is completely unhelpful and uninformative. They charge market Manhattan prices but provide subpar service. Best look elsewhere.

We are so happy living here! The building is very close to the subway, Riverside Park, and tons of great restaurants! It's such a lovely area. And everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Eva made the leasing process so easy, was patient in answering all of our questions, and is just such a joy to work with - she knows everyone in the building and helps to make it feel like home! The super, Jonathan, is SO nice, helpful, and will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone in the building is happy with their apartment. Salem is the most reliable handyman I've ever met. He shows up when he says he will, follows up, and can fix anything! A bonus is you can't really hear street noise outside, which is AMAZING in New York City. We're so happy living here!

Been here for two years. Literally the best amenity you could ever think about. Everyone here treats you like family. You get a warm welcome from concierge every time you got home (thanks to Ali and Brandon). Handy man Orlando is like modern day Houdini, he can fix everything in a snap and always prioritize tenant’s needs. The leasing agent, Eva, is so professional and fun to work with. She is so considerate in handling paperwork. She makes the whole leasing process easier and efficient. Absolutely recommend this place and special thanks to everyone who works here :))

I moved to NYC mid-pandemic and found the Paris Apartments through StreetEasy. Eva was my leasing agent, and she is the type of person who goes above and beyond; the management is lucky to have her. She would reply to my emails and phone calls as soon as she can, quicker than I would even expect. She made me feel very comfortable and I signed the lease before I even moved to NYC and before I saw the apartment in person. I do not think I would've been so sure about this apartment if it weren't for Eva who was there for me every step of the way. The apartment is a very convenient commute to wherever you need to go, it is a quick walk to 1/2/3 lines. The building staff is also very nice, and the doormen always looks out for you. Overall this place feels like home.
