If you own an EV, this apartment is one of the worst places you could choose. EV parking costs more than a regular parking space, yet your assigned parking spot doesn’t even come with a charger. Instead, you have to compete for only four shared charging stations. Residents are limited to just four reservations per week, which is already far from sufficient. To make matters worse, one of the chargers is frequently out of service. Even when you manage to reserve a time slot, people often leave their cars plugged in long after their reservation ends. If that happens, you simply lose your charging session because there is no effective enforcement, leaving you unable to charge your car. The front desk staff have always tried their best to help coordinate and contact residents, and I appreciate their efforts. However, this is clearly not something the front desk can solve. The real problem is poor management and inadequate infrastructure. Some residents have permanently assigned chargers while newer residents are forced to rely on the reservation system. The result is confusing, unfair, and extremely frustrating. Even the front desk has told me they receive complaints about this issue all the time. Everyone is upset, yet management has shown no interest in improving the situation by adding more chargers or implementing a system that actually works. If reliable EV charging is important to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Recently me and my partner had the pleasure of touring 100 Park Ave with Anthony and he was a delight to work with! He took his time to show us around the building and answer our countless inquiries to ensure we were left with no questions. Left feeling great about our decision and looking forward to our future here!

I lived at this place for 6 years, and it was an absolute joy. The people who run the building were outstanding. Extremely helpful, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Any problem that came up was addressed in a timely manner. They even helped me with things that went beyond the property itself. Karen Filopoulos, who is the account manager, was particularly generous with his help and time. I'm really grateful for the crew. The environment is great, with a peaceful little town feel in Fort Lee, proximity to Manhattan, and to the Palisades Park, which is a gem: when you are in the park, it feels like being in the Catskills 200 miles away. I could not recommend the place more enthusiastically!

I lived in The Modern for nearly eight years! I originally had only intended to stay for year or two but it was such a wonderful experience that I ended up staying much longer, and I would still be there if my work hadn't taken me out of state. The building is beautiful. The amenities (the fitness center, the Zen lounge, the outdoor dining area, the game room, etc) are wonderful. The pool in the summer is amazing (I have friends who are going to miss the pool more than they miss me.) I can't overstate how easy it is to commute into the city, the shuttle takes you RIGHT to the A train and from there you can get anywhere. You can even enjoy an outdoor lifestyle, the amazing Palisades Interstate Park is your backyard and has some great trails. I miss my gorgeous apartment and the building team who made it home. Thank you for eight wonderful years.

Lived at the 800 building for nearly four years and loved every minute of it. The staff is kind, patient, and always willing to help. The building is kept in immaculate condition, and maintenance addresses service requests promptly (often on the same day). My two kids loved all the amenities and events, from movie nights on the big screen to Bingo. We always felt very safe in our home, and never heard any noises in the hallways or from our neighbors. We are so sad to leave and will miss living here. From the views to the amenities, you won't find a better apartment to call home.
